Free Michael Clark - an innocent man serving LWOP
DISCLAIMER
Like all our other clients when we first became involved in Michael Clark's case we didn't know who he was, didn't know his family or friends, and knew nothing about the crime or his case. We asked his wife Amy to send us the trial transcripts, discovery, and other pertinent information regarding  the crime. For us at A4WC to accept a case we have to be thoroughly objective and be absolutely certain beyond any doubt that the convicted person we're looking at is actually innocent; a not guilty finding is not a condition in which we can accept a case. We always go into a case, and went into this case assuming Michael was guilty; the evidence had to show us he was innocent.

On our first review of Michael's case we had minimal doubt about his innocence; but minimal doubt would have prevented us from accepting the case. We pursed the case further and dug deeper into all the evidence. After months of a thorough study of the evidence and an analysis of the case, we reached the conclusion that Michael Clark was totally innocent of the charge of first degree murder and had been wrongfully convicted. We concluded, based on all the evidence that Michael did NOT commit the crime he was charged with and convicted of.

If you find something factually wrong with anything on this site please contact us at www.a4wc.org; we will look into the error and if wrong correct it.
